By accessing or using the YardCard Studio website, placing an order, or otherwise engaging with our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and YardCard Studio.

YardCard Studio provides yard sign rental services for birthdays, graduations, holidays, and other special occasions. Our services include sign design, delivery, professional installation, and next-day removal.

We serve Princeton, TX and surrounding Collin County communities including Melissa, Farmersville, Blue Ridge, New Hope, Lucas, and Fairview.

All pricing is displayed clearly in our design tool before you complete checkout. Your total includes delivery, professional installation, and next-day removal with no hidden fees.

Full payment is collected at the time of booking to secure your date. We accept all major credit and debit cards through Stripe, our secure payment processor. Your card details are never stored on our servers.

Applicable Texas state and local sales tax is added to all orders as required by law.

All yard signs and display materials remain the sole property of YardCard Studio throughout the rental period and at all times.

Standard rentals cover a 24-hour display period. Extended rental periods are available and can be selected during the ordering process.

Do not move, reposition, modify, or attach any items to the signs while they are on display. If anything needs adjusting, contact us and we will handle it free of charge.

Displays are normally installed the evening before your event (between sunset and midnight) or no later than 7:00 AM on the morning of your event, so the honoree wakes up to a surprise.

We return the following day to collect the signs. You do not need to be home for either installation or pickup.

Our delivery service area includes Princeton, TX and neighboring Collin County communities. Orders outside our standard service area may be subject to additional delivery fees.

Orders cancelled 2 or more days before the scheduled delivery date are eligible for a full refund.

Cancellations made 1 day before the scheduled delivery date may receive a 50% refund or future booking credit at our discretion.

Same-day cancellations are non-refundable once signs have been prepared and loaded for your order.

Cancellations caused by severe weather (high winds, lightning, hail, or storms) are always eligible for a full refund or a free reschedule at no additional cost.

The renter assumes responsibility for any sign damage that occurs while the display is on their property, excluding damage caused by normal weather conditions.

If wind or a pet topples part of the display, please leave it as-is and contact us. We will come out and reset everything at no cost.

YardCard Studio is not liable for damage to underground sprinkler lines, invisible pet fences, irrigation systems, or other buried utilities during sign installation.

By providing your phone number and opting in during checkout, you consent to receive SMS/text messages from YardCard Studio. This consent is collected via a checkbox during the checkout process.

Types of messages you may receive include: order confirmations, delivery reminders, pickup notifications, and customer service replies related to your order.

Message frequency is typically 2–4 messages per order. The exact number depends on the status of your delivery and any customer service interactions.

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. YardCard Studio is not responsible for any fees charged by your carrier.

You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message and no further texts will be sent.

SMS consent is not a condition of purchase. You are not required to opt in to text messages in order to place an order or use our services.

We use Twilio to deliver SMS messages. Standard carrier terms and conditions apply. Supported carriers include AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and all other major US carriers.

Your phone number will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes. We only use your phone number to communicate directly with you about your YardCard Studio orders.

All displays must be appropriate for all audiences, including children. We reserve the right to decline any request containing obscene, profane, offensive, discriminatory, or otherwise inappropriate language or imagery.

If we decline a content request, you will be offered the opportunity to modify your order or receive a full refund.

All content on the YardCard Studio website — including text, images, graphics, logos, icons, designs, and software — is the property of YardCard Studio and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on our website without prior written consent from YardCard Studio.

YardCard Studio shall not be held liable for any personal injury, property damage, or indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or products.

Our total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order in question.

This limitation of liability applies to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from or related to these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Collin County, Texas.

YardCard Studio reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.

Your continued use of our website or services after any changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
