Everything you need to know about renting yard signs from us. Transparency first — no fine print.
Rental Agreement
Every yard sign display remains the property of YardCard Studio throughout the rental. Placing an order means you accept the terms outlined on this page.
Rentals cover the time frame selected at checkout, which is typically 24 hours. Longer rental periods can be added during the ordering process. Please leave the signs in their installed location for the full duration.
Do not move, reposition, modify, or attach items to the signs while they are on display. If anything needs adjusting, reach out to us and we will take care of it free of charge.
Pricing & Payment
Every price is shown clearly in our design tool before you check out. Your total covers delivery, professional installation, and next-day removal — with no hidden charges.
Full payment is collected when you book so your date is secured. We accept all major credit and debit cards through Stripe, our secure payment partner. Card details are never stored on our servers.
Applicable Texas state and local sales tax is added where the law requires it.
Delivery & Setup
Displays are normally installed the evening before your event (between sunset and midnight) or no later than 7:00 AM on the morning of, so the honoree wakes up to a surprise.
We return the following day to collect the signs. You do not need to be home for either installation or pickup.
Our delivery area includes Princeton, TX and neighboring Collin County communities: Melissa, Farmersville, Blue Ridge, New Hope, Lucas, and Fairview.
Yard Preparation
Signs are staked into the ground for a secure hold. Make sure a grassy or soft-soil area is accessible for placement.
If there has been no recent rain, give the installation area a good watering the day before so the soil is soft enough for stakes. Please also clear the space of toys, garden hoses, and pet waste.
Mow your lawn before our arrival if you plan to do so. Once the signs are in place, keep mowers away from the display area.
If you have outdoor pets — especially dogs — please secure them before we get there.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
Orders may be cancelled or rescheduled 2 or more days before the scheduled delivery date for a complete refund.
If you cancel the day before your event, a 50% refund or future booking credit may be issued at our discretion.
Same-day cancellations are non-refundable once signs have been prepared and loaded for your order.
Cancellations caused by severe weather are always eligible for a full refund or a free reschedule.
Weather Policy
All of our signs are constructed from sturdy, weather-resistant materials and hold up well in rain.
If severe weather is expected — high winds, lightning, hail, or storms — we will get in touch to talk through your options. You can reschedule at no extra charge or request a full refund.
Damage & Liability
The renter assumes responsibility for any sign damage that occurs while the display is on the property.
If the wind or a pet topples part of the display, please leave it as-is and contact us — we will come out and reset everything at no cost.
YardCard Studio cannot be held liable for damage to underground sprinkler lines, invisible pet fences, or other buried utilities.
Content Policy
Every display must be appropriate for all audiences. We reserve the right to turn down requests containing obscene, profane, offensive, or discriminatory language or imagery.
If we decline a content request, you will be issued a full refund.
Order Changes
Reach out at least 2 days before your scheduled delivery to request modifications. We will make every effort to accommodate the change.
Requests made less than 2 days before delivery may not be feasible if your display has already been assembled.
Privacy & Data
We only gather the data needed to complete your order — your name, email, phone number, and delivery address. All payments are handled securely by Stripe; we never store card details.
Your phone number may be used to send SMS/text messages related to your order, including delivery reminders and pickup notifications. Message frequency varies (typically 2-4 per order). Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time.
Your email may be used to send order confirmations and delivery updates. We do not sell or share personal information with outside parties.
