Everything you need to know about renting custom yard signs in Princeton, TX.
It's really simple. Hop into our design tool — totally free to play around with — and build your perfect yard display. Pick your occasion, write your message, select colors, add themed signs or extras, and watch your total update in real time. Once you're happy with it, choose your display date, drop in your address, and pay through Stripe. The whole thing takes just a few minutes, and you don't need to set up any kind of account.
Everything from start to finish. We bring the signs out, set them up, and come back to collect them — all included. Your package covers a custom display featuring your personal message, themed signs, and solar-powered lights for nighttime visibility. What you see at checkout is what you pay. No surprise charges, ever.
Nope — no account, no login, no password to remember. Just build your display, fill in your delivery info, and check out through Stripe. We never hold onto your card details on our end.
We process all payments through Stripe, which means you can use any major credit or debit card. It's fast, secure, and your card info never touches our servers. We do ask for payment when you book so we can lock in your date.
You bet — that's actually one of the most popular things we do! At checkout, just put in the address where you want the display to go. Add any helpful notes for our crew, and we take care of the rest. The person being celebrated doesn't have to lift a finger.
Birthdays, graduations, baby announcements, anniversaries, welcome-home parties, retirements, school milestones, business grand openings, holidays — you name it. Our design tool makes it easy to craft a custom message for pretty much any reason worth celebrating.
One hundred percent. You write the message, and you pick the color for every single word if you want to. The design tool gives you a live preview so you can experiment with different combos and know exactly what your display will look like before placing your order.
We ask that all messages stay family-friendly since our displays sit right out in the neighborhood. If we receive a request with language that's obscene, hateful, or inappropriate, we'll respectfully pass on it and issue a full refund right away.
Solar-powered lights come standard with every single order — your display will glow beautifully after the sun goes down. Inside the design tool you can adjust how many lights you want and pick between white or multicolored bulbs.
Giving us 3-5 days of lead time is the sweet spot. We can sometimes pull off shorter turnarounds, but no promises. If your event falls during graduation season (April through June) or around a major holiday, try to get your order in about 2 weeks early — those windows fill up fast.
We'll always try to make it work if we can — it just depends on what we have available that day. Orders placed same-day or next-day might carry a rush fee. Your best bet is to reach out to us directly so we can tell you right away whether we can fit you in.
We're based in Princeton, TX and proudly cover the surrounding Collin County communities: Melissa, Farmersville, Blue Ridge, New Hope, Lucas, and Fairview.
We come out the night before your chosen date — usually somewhere between sunset and midnight — or we'll have everything in place by 7 AM that morning. Either way, the display is waiting when the day begins. We return the next day to pull everything down. If timing matters to you, just leave a note in your order and we'll do our best to work with your schedule.
You get a full 24-hour display on the date you select. We install the night before or early that morning and swing by to pick everything up the following day. Want to keep the party going even longer? You can add extra days right in the design tool.
Absolutely. When you're building your order in the design tool, you'll see the option to tack on additional display days. We'd suggest adding them upfront since extra days depend on availability.
For sure. Drop a note in the special instructions at checkout — something like 'by the front walkway' or 'along the fence facing the road.' We'll follow your lead as closely as we can, though we may tweak the positioning slightly if the ground or sightlines call for it.
Not at all — that's the beauty of it. We come, we set up, we snap a photo and send it your way, and then we come back later to collect everything. You never have to be there.
That's honestly one of our favorite things to do. Since we install in the evening or early morning hours, the guest of honor usually wakes up to a yard full of celebration without any idea it was coming. Just give us the address and any tips we should know — especially if there's a doorbell camera or a dog that might blow the cover.
We'd love that! Snap all the pictures you want and share away. If you tag us, we'll get to see the smiles too. Sharing helps other folks in the neighborhood discover us, and that keeps the celebrations rolling.
Just a couple of small things go a long way. If the ground has been dry, give the setup area a good watering the day before so our stakes slide in easily. Pick up any toys, garden hoses, or pet messes from the area. And if you're planning to mow, try to get that done beforehand — once the signs are up, we ask that you keep the mower away from them.
Go ahead and shut off any sprinklers in the display area before we arrive, and leave them off until we've picked everything up. If you've got underground irrigation lines, give us a heads-up on roughly where they run so we can steer clear. Just a note — we can't be held responsible for any damage to buried sprinkler lines or utilities.
If there's a dog that hangs out in the yard or any pet that might get curious during installation, please bring them inside or secure them before we show up — particularly for those late-night or early-morning setups. Mention any pets in your special instructions so our crew knows what to expect.
A little rain is no problem at all — our signs are built with weather-resistant materials that hold up just fine in wet conditions. Now, if something more serious rolls in — heavy winds, hail, lightning, that kind of thing — we'll get in touch with you to talk through your options. We're always happy to reschedule at no charge or give you a full refund.
If something tips over — whether it's the wind or a curious pup — just call us and we'll head out to fix it. We ask that you don't try to reposition or repair the signs yourself, and please don't attach anything to them while they're up. The renter is responsible for any damage that happens to the signs while they're on the property.
We wish we could, but the signs are rentals — we swing by to pick up every piece once the display window closes. Those same signs go on to brighten someone else's big day right here in the neighborhood, so they stay busy!
Sure thing — just get in touch with us at least 2 days before your delivery date. We can usually update your message, switch up colors, move the date, or adjust other details. Inside that window it gets trickier, since we may have already built out your display.
If you cancel or reschedule at least 2 days before your delivery date, you'll get a full refund — no hassle. Cancellations made the day before your event may qualify for a 50% refund or account credit. Same-day cancellations are non-refundable. The one exception is severe weather — in that case, we'll always reschedule for free or refund you completely.
We do it all the time — schools, churches, office buildings, you name it. The main thing is to make sure you've gotten the green light from whoever manages the property before you book. Drop any access details like gate codes or security contact info into your order notes so our crew can get in without a hitch.
Townhomes and HOA neighborhoods are generally no issue as long as there's a patch of grass we can work with. For apartments, gated communities, or condos, just double-check with your property management first and share any gate codes or entry instructions in your order. If we can't physically get to the spot, we may not be able to complete the installation.
Grass or soft soil works best because we stake everything into the ground to keep it sturdy. If your space is all concrete, rock, or gravel, reach out to us ahead of time and we can brainstorm alternative ways to get your display set up.
