Phone number for SMS/text message notifications related to your order, including delivery reminders, pickup reminders, and customer service replies. Your phone number is collected during checkout with your explicit consent.
Delivery address so we know where to install and remove your yard sign display.
Payment information (credit or debit card) processed securely through Stripe. We never store your full card number on our servers.
Order details such as the occasion, selected signs, add-ons, rental dates, and customization choices.
Device and browser information collected automatically through standard web analytics to help us improve our website experience.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect for the following purposes:
Order processing and fulfillment, including confirming your booking, preparing your display, and scheduling delivery and pickup.
Delivery coordination via SMS/text message notifications so you know when your display will be installed and removed.
Sending order confirmations, delivery reminders, and pickup reminders through SMS/text messages and email.
Customer service communications, including responding to your questions, resolving issues, and following up on your experience.
Improving our website, services, and overall customer experience based on aggregated, anonymized usage data.
We do not use your information for purposes unrelated to your order or our services without your consent.
SMS / Text Messaging
YardCard Studio uses SMS/text messaging to communicate important order-related information to our customers. By providing your phone number at checkout and consenting to receive text messages, you agree to receive the following types of messages:
Order confirmations — A text confirming that your order has been received and is being processed.
Delivery reminders — A notification letting you know when your yard sign display will be installed.
Pickup reminders — A notification letting you know when we will return to collect the signs.
Customer service replies — Responses to questions or issues you raise via text message.
Message frequency varies based on your order activity. You will typically receive 2–4 messages per order. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
You can opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After opting out, you will receive a single confirmation message and no further texts will be sent. You may opt back in at any time by texting START.

Phone numbers are collected during the checkout process only with your explicit consent. We do not purchase phone number lists or collect numbers from third-party sources.
We do not send marketing or promotional text messages unless you have provided separate, explicit consent to receive them. All SMS communications are transactional and directly related to your order.
Payment Information
All payment transactions are processed securely through Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. When you enter your credit or debit card details, that information is transmitted directly to Stripe over an encrypted connection.
YardCard Studio does not store, log, or have access to your full card number, CVV, or other sensitive payment credentials. We only retain a transaction reference and the last four digits of your card for order-lookup and refund purposes.

Data Protection
We take the security of your personal information seriously and implement industry-standard measures to protect it.
All data transmitted between your browser and our website is encrypted using HTTPS/TLS protocols.
Access to personal customer data is limited to authorized personnel who need it to fulfill orders and provide customer support.

While no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal information.

YardCard Studio does not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.

Firebase / Google Cloud — Hosts our website and stores order data. See firebase.google.com/support/privacy.
These providers only use your data to perform services on our behalf and are contractually obligated to protect your information. We do not share your data with any other third parties unless required by law.

You have the right to request correction of any inaccurate personal information.
You have the right to request deletion of your personal data, subject to any legal obligations we may have to retain certain records.

Children’s Privacy
Our website and services are not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
